Special Fire Department and Police Department 2020 Testing Announcement! Due to COVID shut downs applicants for the Fire and Police eligibility tests are having great difficulty making appointments for obtaining the CPAT card (for fire test) or the POWER Test card (for police test) that are required documents as part of the testing process.
