Cicero celebrates the 53rd year of Houby Festival Oct. 7 – 10 The Town of Cicero will celebrate the 53rd Year of the Houby Festival with a carnival, music entertainment, and a parade this weekend Thursday, Oct. 7 through Sunday Oct. 10.
