Cicero honors Team Rubicon for helping flood victims

Cicero Honors Team Rubicon for helping flood victims (Watch videos below) The Town of Cicero presented members of Team Rubicon with a Resolution honoring them for their volunteer work to help clean up the homes of Cicero residents whose homes were damaged by Flooding.
