Cicero families and children celebrate Halloween at the Community Center Hundreds of families and children enjoyed a celebration of Halloween at the Town of CIcero’s Trunk or Treat celebration that was heled at the Cicero Community Center. Seniors’ Halloween Party The Cicero Senior Center invited all the Seniors of Cicero to the annual Halloween Party. On Wednesday, October 25th seniors were asked to come dressed in their best costume and join all the spooky excitement at the Cicero Community Center. This year the seniors were able to participate in the first karaoke contest.
