Cicero Police officer Frank Diaz honored for military service Deputy Supt. Frank Diaz was recognized by the U.S. Employers Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) an all volunteer office of the Department of Defense to strengthen support of employees who serve in the military Guard or the Reserves.
