Cicero supports bill to eliminate sub-minimum tipped wages for employees Officials of the Town of Cicero traveled to Springfield last week to argue in favor of strengthening our working people, restaurant industry, and eliminating the sub-minimum tipped wage in legislation being considered by the state.
