Cicero Crowns its new Miss Señorita Fiestas Patrias The Town of Cicero together with the Cicero Mexican Cultural Committee held its annual Cicero Queen Pageant. “Cicero is very proud of its Latino population and especially the Mexican community which is well represented in our government and among our employees,” said Town President Larry Dominick.
