The Town of Cicero Department of Housing is looking to build their list of qualified contractors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Town of Cicero Business License for the specific trade
- Lead-Safe Certification from the US EPA or Licensed Illinois Lead Abatement Contractor
- Worker’s Compensation and Employment Liability Insurance of not less than $100,000 per person
- Auto Insurance not less than $500,000
- Comprehensive Public Liability Insurance not less than $500,000 for any occurrence and not less than $1,000,000 in the aggregate.
We are in need of:
- Plumbers for Flood Control Systems
- Plumbers for Lead Service Line Replacements
- Roofers for Roof/Gutter/Soffit Replacements
- Electricians for Service Upgrades
- HVAC Technicians for HVAC replacements
- General Contractors for Code Violations, Accessibility Projects, Etc.
Complete the 2021 Contractor Information Form, attach all applicable Licenses and certifications, and Certificate of Insurance and return to:
