Cicero officials and motorcycle clubs organize annual toy drive to support the Town’s Christmas giveaways

Volunteers from the Town of Cicero came together Saturday to conduct the First Annual Toy Run. The event was hosted by the Town of Cicero and several motorcycle clubs from the local area including Stainless Machinez Motorcycle Club.
All bikers were invited to join in the ride which started at 10 AM and road through the community collecting toys for children this Christmas, and many motorcycle clubs from the region participated.
The toys will be donated to needy families and children through the Town of Cicero’s annual Christmas events.
Town Clerk Maria Punzo-Arias joined Trustee Victor Garcia and Town of Cicero Chaplain Ismael Vargas to support the toy donation drive.
“This was a fantastic event and brought a lot of attention to the challenges facing needy children and families,” Punzo-Arias said noting the support of Town President Larry Dominick and the entire Town of Cicero Board of Trustees.
