Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)
Program Year 2022
The Town of Cicero invites public review and comment on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2022 (PY2022). The CAPER provides a detailed evaluation of the activities carried out by the Town of Cicero Department of Housing, using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Community Development Block Grant CARES ACT (CDBG-CV), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Emergency Solutions Grant CARES ACT (ESG-CV) funds from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) during the funding period of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.
A draft copy of the CAPER will be available for a 15-day public comment period beginning November 19, 2023, and ending on December 5, 2023.
