The Town of Cicero invites public review and comment on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2023 (PY2023). The CAPER provides a detailed evaluation of the activities carried out by the Town of Cicero Department of Housing, using funds from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) during the funding period of October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. A draft copy of the CAPER will be available for a 15-day public comment period beginning November 21, 2024, and ending on December 9, 2024. The plan can be viewed at the following locations:
