Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Cicero, 4949 West Cermak Road, Cicero, Illinois, and will be publicly opened at 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier’s check made payable to the Town of Cicero. No bids shall be considered unless accompanied by such security.

Bidders shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Act (820 ILCS 130). Bidders will also be required to comply with the applicable equal employment opportunity provisions.

The Town of Cicero reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the proposal deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Town of Cicero.

A mandatory prebid meeting will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 8:00 am. Please meet at the Town of Cicero Town Hall, Top Level; of the Parking Structure, Cicero, Illinois 60804. Plans and Specifications may be downloaded from the Town of Cicero website.
