Cicero Fire Chief Jeffery Penzkofer administered the oath of office for the promotions of two firefighters. Fire Engineer Brian Mladek, who has been with the Cicero Fire Department 13 years, was promoted to Lieutenant. Firefighter Ben Zibutis, who has been with the Cicero Fire Department for eight years, was promoted to the rank of Engineer.
