The Town of Cicero Department of Housing is looking to build their list of qualified contractors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Town of Cicero Business License for the specific trade
• Lead-Safe Certification from the US EPA or Licensed Illinois Lead Abatement Contractor
• Worker’s Compensation and Employment Liability Insurance of not less than $100,000 per person
• Auto Insurance not less than $500,000
• Comprehensive Public Liability Insurance not less than $500,000 for any occurrence and not less than $1,000,000 in the aggregate.

We are in need of:

1. Plumbers for Flood Control Systems
2. Plumbers for Lead Service Line Replacements
3. Roofers for Roof/Gutter/Soffit Replacements
4. Electricians for Service Upgrades
5. HVAC Technicians for HVAC replacements
6. General Contractors for Code Violations, Accessibility Projects, Etc.

Complete the 2021 Contractor Information Form, attach all applicable Licenses and certifications, and Certificate of Insurance and return to:
