Amendment To The 5-Year Consolidated Plan & Annual Action Plans
The Town of Cicero invites public review and comment on the proposed amendment affecting the 5- Year Consolidated Plan and Program Years 2015, 2016 and 2017 Annual Action Plans as it pertains to the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).

Program Years 2016 and 2017:
The Town of Cicero had proposed to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with Cook County Department of Planning and Development, to administer the Emergency Solutions Grants for Program Years 2016 and 2017 for the Town of Cicero. The Town of Cicero would like to amend Program Years 2016 and 2017 to allow the Town of Cicero to administer the funding and work directly with an agency that focuses on Homelessness Prevention.
The Public is asked to review and comment on the Town of Cicero’s proposed amendment during the 30-day comment period from October 21, 2018 to November 21, 2018. A public hearing will be held on November 21, 2018 at 11AM at the Town of Cicero Community Center. If additional information is needed, or to submit a comment, please contact:
