5-Year Consolidated Plan (2020-2024) Annual Action Plan Year 2020 (October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2021)
The Town of Cicero, in compliance with Title I of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 is drafting its 5-Year Consolidated Plan for 2020-2024, and it’s Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2020 for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding. The Plans will serve as a guideline for expenditures of Federal funds during Program Years 2020-2024. A draft copy of the Plans will be available for public review and comment beginning June 21, 2020 at the following locations:

A public hearing to accept comments on CDBG and ESG funding, priorities and goals for the coming year will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 11 AM at The Town of Cicero Department of Housing (1634 S Laramie Avenue, Cicero, IL 60804).
