The Town Collector’s Office is responsible for collecting and processing payments for property taxes, utility bills, permits, fines, licenses, and other fees owed to the town. In addition to collecting revenue, the office deposits funds into the appropriate accounts and distributes tax dollars to support essential community services.

Residential Guest Parking Permits:

Guest parking permits are required 365 days per year.

To Contest a Parking Ticket:

To ensure that a hearing officer can give a proper hearing, please include the following:

• Your Name

• Your Address

• A daytime phone number

• A copy of the current IL plate registration

• A statement setting forth the facts that establish your defense. The statement must be signed by the registered owner of the vehicle.

• Any pictures/copies of any documents that you believe prove that you are not liable.
