Report a Street or Alley Light Outage

If you notice a street or alley light that is not working, please report it as soon as possible to help us keep our community safe and well-lit.

To report an issue, please call the Clerk’s Office at 708-656-3600, and use one of the following extensions:
Ext. 227, Ext. 201, or Ext. 537.

Street Lights
Street lights are maintained by the Town of Cicero’s Electrical Department. Once reported, these lights are typically inspected and restored to working order within one to two business days, depending on the nature of the issue and weather conditions.

Alley Lights
Alley lights are maintained by ComEd, our local utility provider. Repairs to alley lighting generally take longer, with service restoration estimated between two to four weeks after the issue is reported.
