You can apply for a U.S. Passport Book (valid for international travel by air, sea, or land) or a U.S. Passport Card (not valid for air travel) at the Cicero Town Hall, 4949 West Cermak Road, 1st Floor, Monday through Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (subject to agent availability).
