The Office of the Town Clerk serves as a central resource for residents and businesses in the Town of Cicero. The department is responsible for maintaining official town records, overseeing elections and voter services, and providing a wide range of essential services, including the issuance of vital record and permits.

• Street or Alley Light Service Requests
  Report a malfunctioning street or alley light in your neighborhood.
  
  
• Garage Sale Permits
  A permit is required to host a garage sale within the town limits.
  
  
• Passport Applications (In-Person Only)
  Submit your U.S. Passport application at the Clerk’s Office during designated hours.

• Vital Records: Birth and Death Certificates
  Obtain official copies of birth and death certificates. Require an in-person visit.
  Mon - Thurs • 10 am - 6 pm 
  • Birth Certificates (only for residents born within the Town of Cicero)
