The Town of Cicero has launched the Basement Flood Prevention Program to help homeowners reduce the risk of flooding during future storms. This program will reimburse or provide funding for the installation of backflow prevention systems, which help keep contaminated water out of the home.
You may qualify for assistance if you owned and lived in a property impacted by the 2023 flash flooding, reside in the Town of Cicero, and meet HUD income requirements.
