Are you a 62-year-old resident of Cicero? Are you looking for ways to stay active, healthy, and connected? You’ve come to the right place! At the Cicero Senior Center, we’re proud to offer a variety of weekly programs designed to enrich your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're stretching in yoga, dancing to your favorite tunes, rolling the dice in a friendly game of Bunco, or simply enjoying the company of others, there’s always something here to lift your day and bring you joy. No matter your interests or activity level, you will find something meaningful at the Cicero Senior Center. This is more than just a place to spend time. It is a community where you can feel valued, supported, and inspired. We invite you to visit us and discover all the ways you can stay vibrant, engaged, and connected.
♦ FREE MONTHLY TRIPS
Each month, we plan a special outing just for you. Whether it is a museum tour, a movie screening, a theater performance, or a fun shopping adventure, leave the planning to us. All you have to do is bring the fun. It is the perfect way to explore new places, make memories, and enjoy great company. Our trips are free, and transportation is included for Cicero residents aged 62 and older. Spots fill up fast, so be sure to register early in person or by speaking directly with a staff member. Adventure awaits!

♦ EXERCISE VIDEOS • Monday – Friday 9 am
Boost muscle strength, improve flexibility, and maintain bone density. These sessions enhance cardiovascular health, manage chronic conditions, delay cognitive decline, and lift your mood. Build community, establish a routine, and improve balance and coordination while reducing the risk of falls. Join us for a healthier, more active lifestyle!
♦ BUNCO • Mondays & Thursdays 1 pm
Laugh, roll, and win in this lively, fast-paced dice game. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, everyone is welcome. Make friends, enjoy lighthearted competition, and create new memories in an afternoon full of fun!
Bunco Rules - Players take turns rolling three dice. One point is awarded for each die rolled that matches the current round number, 5 points are awarded if all three dice match each other, but do not match the current round number, and 21 points if all three dice match the current round number, a Bunco.
♦ DANCE CLASSES • Wednesdays & Fridays 10 am
Move to the rhythm and boost your strength, balance, and flexibility. Dancing supports heart health, relieves stress, and sharpens your mind. Whether you’re into salsa or waltz, there’s a style for everyone! No fancy gear required. Just bring your love for music and movement. Make friends, share smiles, and keep the energy high!
♦ ARTHRITIS PROGRAM • Mondays 12 pm
Reduce pain and move with more ease in our specialized program designed for those managing arthritis. Enjoy guided, low-impact exercises and supportive group activities. Improve mobility, gain confidence, and connect with others who understand your journey.
♦ YOGA CLASSES • Tuesdays 10 am
Experience the benefits of gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and peaceful movement. Yoga enhances flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Led by certified instructors, these classes are perfect for all levels. Join us for a journey toward inner peace and physical wellness.
♦ TAI CHI CLASSES • Thursdays 10 am
Experience calm through movement. Tai Chi improves posture, balance, and breathing while easing stress and enhancing mental clarity. All experience levels welcome! Join a group that finds strength in stillness and power in flow.
