The Department of Human Resources is responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and staffing of all employment opportunities within the Town of Cicero. Our department ensures that all hiring processes are conducted fairly, transparently, and in accordance with employment laws and Town policies.

In addition to Town job openings, we also share employment opportunities from local businesses that have been brought to our attention. These postings can be found on the Community Jobs Board, conveniently located outside the Human Resources Office at Cicero Town Hall.
