Halloween Party Starts String of CYC Holiday Events in Town

Ghosts, ghouls, Superman and princesses invaded Cicero’s Community Center on Oct. 28 at Cicero Youth Commission’s annual Halloween Party. Youth Commission After-School Programs Off To Great Start

For 24 years, the Cicero Youth Commission has run an after-school program in Cicero. This year, with more than 140 students participating in the award-winning program, four Cicero locations have agreed to host CYC’s initiative. Waggin’ Tails Animal Shelter Unveils New Location

Dogs, cats and their owners came out to 18th & Laramie on Oct. 18 to officially open the new Waggin’ Tails Animal Shelter. Unity Students Get Head Start With Morton 201 STEM Classes

More than 45 students from Unity Junior High School got a head start on high school at the Morton Freshman Center. The eighth-graders are a part of a joint District 99 and J. Seniors Celebrate Fall With Annual Octoberfest Dinner/Dance
