Mental health is how people think, feel and act as they face life’s situations. It affects how people handle stress, relate to one another and make decisions. Mental health influences the ways individuals look at themselves, their lives and other in their lives. Like physical health, mental health is extremely important at every stage of life and that is why caring for and protecting our mental health is our obligation.

The Town of Cicero Mental Health Board was formed to meet the special needs of our growing community. If you or a family member is in need of special services, whether they are listed here or not, please contact the Center. We can assist you in finding the help you need. The Center includes one-on-one service. Information and referrals are provided to all in need regardless of race, gender or religion. All services are completely confidential. Appointments are not always necessary and walk-ins are welcome.
